Southern cuisine is big on flavor and Chef Jordan’s menu is no different. Join the chef for an evening of Southern cooking and learn some fine dining culinary techniques.
Learn how to make spicy cajun sausage and corn soup, and creamy cheddar- and chive-mashed potatoes. Chef Jordan will walk you through making the perfect fried chicken with collard greens, and a silky bananas foster with gourmet, vanilla bean ice cream. After this class, you will be able to wow friends and family with some delicious Southern favorites.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
