What You’ll Do

This Thai-focused class features authentic dishes packed with superfoods and hearty flavors.

In this hands-on team building activity with Chef Jordan, you and your fellows will learn to make Thai dishes using high-quality ingredients. You'll also learn tips for cooking Thai food and the techniques to make each dish pop and enjoy a beautiful venue with lake views.

You'll begin with tom kha gai soup laden with bell peppers, garlic and ginger. Next, you'll prepare a vegetable-packed chicken curry seasoned with warm spices (a vegetarian option is available). To round out the meal, your team will make a sweet, sticky rice pudding with mango and coconut. Many ingredients used in this class are organic, non-GMO and local.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had an AMAZING experience with Chef Jordan! Our family of four met at his home and from the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. Our menu conisisted of Lettuce Wrapped Portobello Quinoa Sliders topped with chipotle aioli and avocado, Blackened Pineapple Cajun Chicken and Peach Mango Cherry Cobbler. Cooking together as a family was such a fun and memorable experience, and every dish we made was both delicious and healthy. My husband and son were a bit hesitant about some of the vegetarian quinoa slider dishes at first, but the quinoa burgers completely won them over—they’re still talking about how good they were! Chef Jordan is an incredible teacher: warm, patient, engaging, and so knowledgeable. He made everything easy to follow and genuinely fun. Cooking in his home felt very special, and Chef Jordan went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. We would highly recommend him to anyone booking a cooking class through Cozymeal. Five stars all the way!
