Build a stronger cooking foundation through heat-based techniques.

Build your confidence with high-heat cooking in this hands-on cooking class in The Woodlands. Practice grilling radicchio for a smoky salad with beets and oranges, pan-searing strip steak with shallot and herb compound butter and braising leeks topped with a poached egg and tarragon mustard vinaigrette. Finish the session with homemade cinnamon ice cream. Chef Boris or a resident chef will guide you through each technique. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
