Turn date night into a sensational Italian cooking experience.

Turn date night into a gourmet experience with this Italian-inspired cooking class in McLean. Sear tender grilled steaks finished with a rich caramelized shallot sauce, then handcraft pillowy gnocchi tossed in brown butter sage sauce with roasted butternut squash. Refresh your palate with a crisp arugula salad dressed in lemon and Parmesan and end the evening with a silky vanilla-mascarpone panna cotta. Chef Charles or one of the talented resident chefs will guide you through each step. This cooking class in McLean is the perfect blend of romance and flavor!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity

Chef Tanya and Jake, the cooking instructors, were terrific! They not only shared valuable tips for cooking but also for prepping and cleaning the station. I was thrilled with the class and can't wait to sign up for another one. If you're interested, book your spot on a Saturday or Sunday.

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious.
