What You’ll Do

Roll, fill and cook ravioli from scratch in this interactive pasta-making class.

Dive into the comforting world of pasta-making in this ravioli-focused cooking class. You’ll prepare fresh pasta dough from scratch and use it to create two delicious variations: a rich three-cheese ravioli with pancetta and tomato sauce, and a sweeter butternut squash ravioli with cider cream sauce. Along the way, your chef will share tips for shaping, filling and cooking your ravioli to perfection.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
