It’s time to celebrate with a full-flavored Mexican bounty!
Partake in a fun and exciting culinary adventure lead by Chef Eric that welcomes questions and is perfect for those who are interested in learning to prepare delicious Mexican meals in their own kitchen. The traditional notion of the “fiesta” is a celebratory occasion amongst friends and family, and has been a staple of the culture of Mexico for generations. Explore the rich culinary culture of the region and learn to create succulent dishes that the entire family can enjoy.
Your culinary journey starts off with a tender and juicy Latin-style strip loin steak and nutritious chayote squash. Next, prepare a scrumptious spiced carne asada with luscious homemade guacamole. Create a tempting selection of side dishes, including mouthwatering grilled corn and delicious stuffed chile rellenos with tomato sauce. The class concludes on a decadent high note; a creamy Mexican-style custard that is fit-for-the-gods.
Please note that the eating portion of this class will be towards the end of the class.
