Cooking Class - From Pantry to Plate: Teen Edition

What You’ll Do

Teens build safe kitchen practices and develop a passion for cooking with mouthwatering recipes.

Teens will gain real-life kitchen skills in this hands-on, four-day cooking class. Students aged 12 and older will learn to turn everyday ingredients into mouthwatering dishes through essential skills like pasta-making, baking and basic knife work. A top-tier chef guides teens step by step through classic recipes, helping young cooks feel comfortable, capable and excited to take on their own culinary adventures at home.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.

Well planned and organized. The chef demonstrated techniques so that we could be hands-on with the cooking. She explained to us the why & how of what we were doing. We had fun & The meal was delicious!
