What You’ll Do

Treat yourself to an array of homemade dishes inspired by the South of France.

Indulge in a rich French feast in this cooking class. Start with chicken cooked with capers, olives and roasted lemons for a briny, tangy flavor. Then, create a ratatouille tart with tender vegetables wrapped in flaky pastry. A simple salade verte adds a fresh contrast to the richness. Finally, wrap up your meal with sweet fig and raspberry crêpes—a light and fruity finish to this classic French-inspired spread.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Teacher was great! The class felt a bit crowded. I would have preferred two to a station rather than four.
