What You’ll Do

Put a light twist on French cuisine in this cooking lesson.

Enjoy a fresh take on French cuisine in this produce-focused cooking class. Your main dish will feature grilled salmon, cooked in butter and flavored with lemon and dill. On the side, savor herb-infused green beans and a crisp apple and fennel salad, topped with crunchy hazelnuts. For dessert, create a light and fruity clafoutis filled with juicy summer plums, offering a perfect, seasonal finish to your meal.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We had chef Jen for the lessons and she was great. The recipes were easy to prepare and full of flavor! We cooked in the Sur Le Table kitchens and everything was well stocked. Very fun!

It was a very nice experience. I would prefer not to share with another couple though unless they came with us. It was a delightful time though.
