An important element in the world of gourmet cuisine, stocks provide added flavor as well as a distinct succulent aroma to a variety of dishes. Chef Abraham has put together a special menu that showcases some of the most popular varietals of this distinct flavoring including chicken, beef, and vegetable. Have fun while learning from a chef that takes pride in equipping you with the techniques to take your cooking to an entirely new level of gourmet goodness.
Chef Abraham begins the class with stock basics in preparation for your meal. He will then walk you through a seasonal salad, then continue your experience by creating your choice of soup; savory butternut squash or luscious French onion. Conclude your class with a hearty mushroom risotto.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
