Make date night special and learn how to make homemade gluten-free pasta with Chef Kari.
Maybe you’ve been eating gluten-free for a while and really miss pasta, or perhaps it’s your significant other who doesn’t partake in wheat. Perhaps you’re just up for a challenge! Either way, this class with Chef Kari will teach you and your date how to make absolutely delicious homemade pasta without the use of gluten.
Chef Kari will spend the evening of this couple-specific class showing you and your date her special recipe and method for creating homemade gluten-free pasta. You’ll learn how to make the dough, form it into pasta, and how to cook it so it has the perfect al dente texture. Then, Chef Kari will show you how to make a delectably creamy blue cheese sauce and savory short rib ragù to top your homemade pasta.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
