Indulge your palate while learning to prepare authentic cuisine that is both vegan and gluten-free. In addition to her years of experience as a gourmet chef and award-winning restaurateur, Chef Robin delights in sharing her love of cooking and providing a unique learning experience.
Begin by preparing savory stuffed mushrooms, followed by a succulent grilled polenta cake. Conclude your class by creating a vanilla panna cotta that is fit-for-the-gods. Even after the class has come to an end, you will be able to bring your knowledge home with you and into your kitchen to share with family and friends again and again.
