Join Chef Ron as he explores a fundamental dinner concept: the single-bowl meal. Rife with nutrients and balanced with wholesome ingredients, bowls are a fantastic canvas to create satisfying and nurturing dinners with ease.
You'll learn how to make three distinct bowls, including a flavorsome grain-free Thai-inspired bowl infused with spicy ginger, an Italian-themed meatball and marinara bowl, and an exotic Moroccan bowl. At the end of the demonstration, you'll taste each dish that Chef Ron creates.

I had the pleasure to enjoy chef Ron's food during my last trip to Los Angeles. He is very knowledgable, very passionate about vegan and healthy diets and certainly one of the best vegan chefs that I know. Can't recommend his vegan cooking classes enough.

Meet your chef
Chef Ron earned his way through college as a chef and he's been vegetarian/vegan since then, 40 years. He has been featured on numerous TV morning shows including KTLA & Fox40 as well as in the New York Times. His restaurant has won more than a dozen culinary awards including being named one of the 10 best restaurants in Los Angeles by OpenTable. He has taught more than 200 cooking classes and developed over 300 recipes.
