Join Le Cordon Bleu trained Chef Phoebe for an exploration of traditional Italian home cooking. From the first course to dessert you will learn various techniques to take home with you while enjoying a unique dining experience.

The meal begins with a crisp and refreshing insalata mista accompanied by a savory vegetable soup with fresh minietti pasta. Then, Chef Phoebe will walk you through creating pillowy malfatti--tender, hand-formed dumplings made with ricotta, spinach and Parmigiano-Reggiano. The meal ends with a chocolate torte made with Amaretti, an Italian macaroon flavored with almond.

Chef Phoebe grew up in a food-focused New England family where she began cooking at age 7. Her formal education includes studying French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and at the Culinary Institute of America. She then moved to the Bay Area and started her own personal chef service. Chef Phoebe has cooked for presidential candidates, foreign leaders, and other international figures, and enjoys sharing her love of food through cooking classes.
