Acclaimed Chef Rocco has worked at Gordon Ramsay's Michelin-starred restaurant along with five-star resorts in Switzerland and Italy and can use his nine years of teaching experience to show how to make Italian food like a pro.

Start with arancini balls filled with 4 cheese risotto or mushroom, move on to semolina pasta with crudaiola sauce and finish with a tasty and traditional star anise and cinnamon panna cotta.
