Learn to make homemade tagliatelle with pancetta and peas. The chef instructor will guide you through preparing perfect pasta dough together. For dessert, a decadent chocolate-hazelnut swirl gelato. Chef Stuart was great! We truly enjoyed our fist cooking class date night. Chef shared a few cooking tips, which we appreciated. And he has a great sense of humor ? we took a group picture which I would love to share and will send via email. Thanks for a great night.

It was a great experience, the taste of the food we prepared was amazing, I was really blown away. I just wish that the set up would be in a way that each participant would do all the steps rather than sharing a set up with other participant.

What a fun experience. Got to learn new dishes and techniques with a fun group of people and a great instructor and support staff. Would highly recommend.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen.
