What You’ll Do

Sample flavorful staples of Korean cuisine.

This hands-on cooking class showcases beloved dishes from South Korea from marinated beef to chewy rice cakes. Using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques, an expert chef shares tips for grilling tender beef for lettuce wraps. Then, you'll learn the steps for crafting classic dumplings including making the juicy filling and sealing each savory morsel with the signature pleats.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. Not a good cooking class. Venue was tight. Chef was pushy and rushed. We skipped making ice cream

Well planned and organized. The chef demonstrated techniques so that we could be hands-on with the cooking. She explained to us the why & how of what we were doing. We had fun & The meal was delicious!
