Paella without meat is not only possible, but totally satisfying. Learn from Chef Anja, who went to cooking school in France and apprenticed at Michelin-rated restaurants, about the secrets to turning this traditional dish into one that’s vegetarian friendly.
In this cooking class, you’ll start off by making a dark green winter salad with pomegranate seeds and goat cheese. Then, you’ll spend the evening learning how to make a vegetable-based version of paella. Finally, you’ll end the experience on a sweet note with a dark chocolate pear crumble, and get to feast on all the delicious dishes you’ve created.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
