Cooking Class - Exploring Italian Flavors - Woodland Hills

What You’ll Do

Come for an experience of a lifetime, preparing truly Mediterranean recipes.

Explore the non-pasta side of Italian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. Your chef instructor will teach you how to make a simple Italian salsa verde to pair with your perfectly cooked pork loin chops. Then, you’ll learn to assemble a citrus and fennel salad topped with ricotta salata and make from scratch focaccia. For dessert, you’ll make Zabaglione — a rich custard made with egg yolks, sugar and Marsala wine — with fresh berries.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
