From mastering the art of searing steak to carefully combining spices for a decadent crust to serving with an herb-infused oil, you'll learn to roast perfectly caramelized carrots to serve with Harissa Yogurt—ideally balancing heat and creaminess. For dessert, flaky pastry meets sweet stone fruit and luscious, whipped rose pistachio cream to end your meal at a new height of decadence.

Over the years, he transitioned into diverse culinary styles, with a focus on French techniques. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Chef Gus is dedicated to sharing his culinary wisdom with students, drawn from his extensive hands-on experience in the culinary world.
