Make your holiday dessert table a festive and delicious display with a traditional holiday dessert: The bûche de noël. Whip up a fluffy batter for your sponge cake base, then form a roulade by spreading Italian mocha buttercream and rolling. Top with candied cranberries and marzipan pine cones for a gorgeous representation of a yule log.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
