In this cooking class, an expert chef will show you how to create a fabulous dinner using the freshest, most flavorful ingredients sourced from land and sea. Learn the secrets of grilling steak and cooking shrimp to perfection every time. Using herbs and spices, you’ll craft sauces and glazes that make each dish even more delectable. You’ll end by firing up our torches for an unforgettable crème brûlée — a classic finish to an undeniably delicious meal.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

It wasn’t one of the best food workshops I have attended. Working in groups of 4 on only one station is not appealing especially when you team random people. The food quantity was definitely not enough for 4 people and once we made the food we were told to put it aside and not eat because we were rushed onto the next dish. Finally, I did not feel the chef was accommodating or even trying to be. We asked to split our sauce into half with bacon and half without which would have been super easy to do simply bringing another pan which he claimed to not have while clearly behind us there was a wall full of pots and pans. Nice idea. Not as great of an execution. We won’t be back.
