Craft a multi-course meal full of vibrant dishes from the land and sea.
Transform fresh ingredients into an indulgent meal in this immersive cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Jordan, you'll learn invaluable culinary techniques to elevate classic dishes.

Begin the class by making a refreshing Caesar salad topped with a zesty dressing and crunch homemade croûtons. Master the art of pan-searing scallops to perfection, flavoring them with lemon and capers. Make homemade penne for a savory carbonara with cured pork and a sprinkle of Pecorino Romano. Indulge with an apple crostata served alongside cinnamon ice cream and caramel sauce for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
