Expand your culinary skills with an Italian cooking class created in partnership with America's Test Kitchen. Few things are cozier than fresh, hand-filled pasta smothered in a buttery sauce. Learn traditional techniques from expert chefs to create savory agnolotti. From the soft dough to the rich sauce, you'll walk away with new confidence to recreate traditional Italian cuisine.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Currently residing in Los Angeles, Chef Gus is dedicated to sharing his culinary wisdom with students, drawn from his extensive hands-on experience in the culinary world.
