Cooking Class - Sophisticated & Simple French Fish Meal

Such a great experience! Purchased for my fiancé as a Christmas gift. Chef Benoit came to our home, we had a spectacular meal and learned how to make the three course with the Roasted Branzino in Almond Parmesan Crust. We really enjoyed the class, the food and the conversations with him. I highly recommend this class with Chef Benoit!

Chef Benoit’s class went above and beyond our expectations! We learned so much. Benoit taught & demonstrated new concepts, but then he let us make everything ourselves, so we truly feel like we’re equipped to make this meal (and others!) on our own. Chef Benoit’s Elegant French Meal class was a delightful experience! He was kind, polite, enthusiastic, and welcoming to the class. He is not only an excellent cook but also an outstanding teacher! The class focused on French cuisine. Chef Benoit provided each one of the participants with a hands-on experience, one-on-one instructions on properly cutting the fish and vegetables, preparing a delicious sauce, and mixing ingredients, among other important details. He carefully explained each step of the process to create a tasty and delicate three-course dinner menu. The end result was a delicious dinner elegantly served by Chef Benoit in the cozy ambiance of his home. I had a pleasant, fun, and enriching experience! I learned a lot and greatly enjoyed Chef Benoit's class! I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in having a nice, enhancing culinary skills experience!

Today I celebrated my birthday with my daughter at Chef Benoit’s home. Him and his wife were very inviting and made us comfortable from the time we arrived. He was very accommodating by making changes to the original menu due to my diet restrictions, although it was last minute changes, everything turned out delicious!!! I would definitely recommend him for all cozymeal first timers or returning customers!! Thanks Chef Benoit for an amazing birthday meal!

We weren’t sure what to expect; it was a pleasure to meet Chef’s family and hear about his experiences as a professional chef, while we prepared delicious desserts. His delightful hospitality was a warm addition to our holiday season, and has inspired my son to explore more creations.

Chef Benoit recently came over to cook for us for our 5 year anniversary and he was spectacular. We had the escargot, beef bourguignon, and chocolate soufflé. He also recommended a wine to pair with it. It was all amazing!! We have two little ones, and he was very flexible with starting a little later so the kids could get to bed first. We got to chat with him for a bit and learned he has 40+ experience of cooking around the world. His food was delicious and we would definitely love to eat with him again!!
