Let a skilled chef instructor guide you through a special date night Tuscan pasta dinner class. Enjoy a crafted menu of sophisticated Italian staple dishes that you and your partner will love. Make everything by hand and from scratch and pair it with exquisite and gourmet beverages. Create memories with Tuscan aromas!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

The class was interesting with good information. The 2 1/2 hr. class turned out to be 3 1/2 hours long. Standing in pretty much one spot on a ceramic tile floor, for 3 1/2 hrs. was a killer for both me and my granddaughters . Stools would be nice. I also paid for 3 people and I believe that I didn't receive enough goodies in our box. That was disappointing. I think that each person should receive their own bus of goodies. I do want to add that our chef was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant .

Chef Donna did an excellent job orchestrating the group through the preparation and cooking process for the Pasta from Scratch class. She was engaging, fun and clearly very knowledgeable.

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

It was so much fun! Learned several techniques from Chef Miguel and the food was amazing. I believe the small class size helped. I would recommend this class.

Chef was attentive and helpful. Would have liked to taste it (!), but a health emergency ended the class early. Still waiting for the recipes.

Overall very informative. Adult only class would be a nice option.. Chef had amazing experience, very informative and knowledgeable. Should have a 5 min late policy. Late guests distracting. Would have liked a little quicker pace. Overall Very great seat up. Definitely an experience.

The class was easy to follow, and I feel the recipes will be easy to replicate at home. This class should be 3 hrs long, not 2. The dough didn't have enough time to rise and didn't have enough time to bake. My focaccia bread wound up burning because the instructor was moving on with the class and the bread didn't get out of the oven fast enough.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.
