Craft pasta from scratch in this fun, hands-on cooking class with Chef Mimi!
Roll up your sleeves in this hands-on cooking class and learn the time-honored art of making pasta from scratch. Chef Mimi will guide you through mixing and kneading fresh pasta dough before rolling and slicing it into silky noodles. Then, create a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce to coat your handmade pasta. To round out the meal, enjoy a crisp seasonal garden salad prepared with fresh ingredients. This class is perfect for beginners and pasta lovers alike!
