What You'll Do

Create tagliatelle and ravioli from scratch in a lively restaurant.

Step into a vibrant global restaurant and dive into the art of pasta-making with Chef Aaron, who trained in Italy. In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to transform simple ingredients into two classic pasta shapes completely from scratch.

Start by mixing flour, eggs and salt into a traditional dough, then knead, rest and roll it like a pro. Shape tagliatelle and toss it in a bold cacio e pepe with black pepper, Parmesan and pecorino. Then craft delicate ravioli filled with creamy ricotta and finish it with butter and sage. Plate your creations, take that proud first bite and enjoy a true homemade pasta feast.

We had the most fantastic time at the pasta quartet. The pasta varieties were perfect. This experience exceeded our expectations! Chef Aaron was knowledgable, fun, engaging, and the food was outstanding. The other people in our class were really fun too, which was an unexpected surprise. I’ve already recommended this to several people. We had a blast!

We made 4 pastas with Aaron- he planned it out really well so that we took 2 pasta types with us to freeze at home and use later, and we ate the other 2 at the end of our class. The class was well organized and we learned a lot!
