Craft authentic Italian ravioli for the holidays, from scratch and with easy-to-follow instructions.

Create authentic ravioli for the holidays with instruction from a world-class chef. This interactive class provides step-by-step instructions as you make colorful acorn squash ravioli with sage butter sauce, and herbed ricotta ravioli in a tomato-pancetta sauce. Fragrant arugula salad with sweet pears, gorgonzola and pine nuts provides the perfect finishing touch.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The real chef was great - this cozy meal service was awful. I wandered around the mall for 30 minutes trying to find the correct store/location. The details was seriously lacking with cozymeal. All cozymeal did was advertise and charge for another businesses class.

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!
