From novice to expert, explore how to prepare an authentic dim sum meal.

During this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to make traditional dim sum from scratch, allowing you to discover the artistry of authentic Chinese flavors and ingredients. Originating in Southern China, dim sum is a simple yet shareable meal. The chef will guide you through the techniques of creating fillings for the dumplings, shaping delicate dishes, preparing a delicious side, and crafting crispy wontons. Sip on sweet milk tea as you enjoy the journey of crafting these scrumptious small plates.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

OMG... chef Elizabeth was a amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, kept the whole class interesting, learned a lot in just 2 hours, and the food was delicious, will definitely do another class, once my wife comes back from military orders. My husband and I enjoyed our time! The food turned out great! Chef Bradford was energetic, engaging and kind. It was our first cooking class and we didn’t know what to expect but we would definitely recommend. We made crab cakes, steak and a melted lava cake.
