Explore the bold and rich flavors of the Mediterranean in this interactive cooking class. Chef Dana will take you on a tour of the vibrant Cyprus cuisine made famous in the region.
Begin by tossing a zesty salad with fried halloumi cheese. Next, craft ground lamb into kofta to serve alongside handmade flatbread and roasted vegetables. Then, prepare a Cyprus favorite: Giaourtlou tossed with a creamy mint gremolata. End your class by crafting fluffy Greek donut holes tossed with honey and pistachios.
