Cooking Class - Sushi Basics 101
Master the basics of sushi rolling before adding your own creative flair to colorful cuts of fresh fish. Chef Mariana will guide this interactive cooking class on techniques to carefully slice raw fish so as to not squish the delicate structure of the proteins.
Clean and cut an array of high-quality fish for a fresh sashimi platter before moving on to artistic rolls and neat nigiri bites that you'll carefully assemble. End the class by preparing and indulging in a matcha crème brûlée for a Japanese take on a decadent French dessert.
