Cooking Class - Caribbean-Infused American Classics
Thanks to its reliance on fresh fruits and bold spices, Caribbean cuisine is known for its striking yet balanced flavors. In this unique class, Chef Kymberly shows you how to use key elements of Caribbean cuisine to add flair to classic American dishes.
The class begins with seared scallops paired with mango salsa, cilantro, and red onion. For the entrée, you'll prepare a New York strip steak coated in jerk seasoning and served with asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. End your Caribbean-American fusion journey with a mouthwatering blackberry crumble.
