Cooking Class - West African Street Food
In this hands-on class, Chef Kymberly will teach you the basics of cooking West African street food, a bold cuisine that's transforming kitchens across the world. These three dishes only scratch the surface of the ingenuity and diversity of West African street food, but they'll be plenty to get your mind racing and your mouth watering.
The class begins with potato bhajias paired with tomato chutney, followed by a tender suya kebab with chicken and vegetables. For dessert, you'll prepare mandazi — light and fluffy African doughnuts — served with strawberry coulis.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
