Learn how to handcraft fresh pasta from scratch using only three ingredients with Chef Ozzy as your guide in this interactive cooking class that explores rustic and modern flavors.

Begin by delicately slicing pickled squash for an appetizer of carpaccio with crunchy pepitas and briny capers. Then, measure for the best flour-to-egg ratio, and roll and shape your pasta dough for ravioli filled with ricotta, mushrooms and leeks. End class by preparing and baking a decadent chocolate cake served with vodka-infused cream and homemade Oreo crumbs.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Ozzy was the best. Showed some techniques which was cool because I love cooking. The food was top notch. cacio e pepe 10/10, steak 10/10. but his dessert stole the show somehow after all that- a strawberry sorbet (which he made from I think homegrown strawberries) and whipped cream over a homemade macaron 15/10. I didnt even think I liked macarons.
