Cooking Class - Southern Cooking With Flair
In this interactive class with Chef Kymberly, you'll learn the art of blending spices while cooking three authentic Southern dishes, each chock full of bold flavors and highlighted by fresh ingredients.
You'll begin by preparing spicy, aromatic Cajun shrimp paired with brown butter grits. Next, you'll tackle succulent broiled lobster tails along with roasted succotash, an array of Southern staples that includes corn, lima beans, and okra. For dessert, put your culinary skills to the test by making a sweet orange ricotta cake glistening in citrus glaze.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
