Join Chef Will in making a flavorful and memorable menu for date night fun.
This hands-on cooking class makes for the perfect date night experience. Join Chef Will in creating a menu of traditional Italian favorites as you enhance your culinary skills.

Begin by making a classic caprese bruschetta with creamy mozzarella and herby basil. Then, expertly cook chicken breast with zingy lemon, butter, white wine and herbs, and a creamy risotto infused with the flavors of sweet pumpkin and earthy kabocha squash. End by combining cream, eggs and milk chocolate for an exquisite Italian mousse dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
