Join Chef Denis for a cooking class that explores the tastes and textures of Asia's best cultural dishes. He'll demonstrate traditional techniques necessary for creating an array of flavorful favorites.

Your class begins with classic spring rolls loaded with fresh vegetables in julienne strips and served with a homemade peanut dipping sauce. Create sushi rice and prepare a salmon avocado sushi roll, then cook up garlic noodles flavored with oyster sauce and a fiery chili kick. A round of matcha ice cream floats await you for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
