Cooking Class - Cooking for Mental Health


Discover new, flavorful ways to improve your mental health in this fun, interactive cooking class.
In this hands-on class with Chef Kymberly, you will learn how to prepare a three-course menu using spices and ingredients with nutrients that help stave off depression and anxiety, and improve your overall mood.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a subtly sweet beet and goat cheese tart with honey, a flavor-forward salmon entrée seasoned with cumin and turmeric and sided by rice pilaf and refreshing cucumber salad, and homemade blueberry buckle for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kym came with the fire. She was very professional, prepared, personable, and knowledgeable. I love the intentionality and thought put into the entire meal. Every ingredient had a purpose. She’s definitely living her purpose because the energy in my house after was even more positive and lifted. I’m definitely going to ask for her service again.

Hats off for chef Kimberly ;she did an impeccable job ,everyone at the dinner enjoyed the food that she prepared .We had a 4 course dinner for our birthday dinner party and at each course ,she will come and present the dish with details .Awesome chef Kimberly ! I also have to leave a good note for her assistant ,he did a very good job as well This team will go a long way

For over a decade, she has worked as a sous chef, where she learned so much of what makes her the successful chef she is today. Chef Kymberly is constantly educating herself on new ingredients and cooking techniques to expand her own culinary knowledge, and to increase her expertise in the kitchen.
