Cooking Class - Cooking for Mental Health
In this hands-on class with Chef Kymberly, you will learn how to prepare a three-course menu using spices and ingredients with nutrients that help stave off depression and anxiety, and improve your overall mood.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a subtly sweet beet and goat cheese tart with honey, a flavor-forward salmon entrée seasoned with cumin and turmeric and sided by rice pilaf and refreshing cucumber salad, and homemade blueberry buckle for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
