Elevate your pizza night with the gluten-free crust you'll learn in this engaging cooking class taught by Chef Tina. You'll learn how to make a perfectly golden, crispy crust and more Italian-inspired dishes.
To start, you'll make lettuce cups for an appetizer filled with marinated seasonal vegetables and savory meats. Then, learn how to make a gluten-free pizza crust to top with a blend of Italian cheese, roasted tomatoes and your favorite toppings. For dessert, craft a decadent dark chocolate pistachio semifreddo.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
