Craft gluten-free pizza crust that's even better than the original.

Elevate your pizza night with the gluten-free crust you'll learn in this engaging cooking class taught by Chef Tina. You'll learn how to make a perfectly golden, crispy crust and more Italian-inspired dishes.

To start, you'll make lettuce cups for an appetizer filled with marinated seasonal vegetables and savory meats. Then, learn how to make a gluten-free pizza crust to top with a blend of Italian cheese, roasted tomatoes and your favorite toppings. For dessert, craft a decadent dark chocolate pistachio semifreddo.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Antipasti Lettuce Cups

With marinated vegetables, baby gem lettuce, assorted meats and cheeses

Handmade Gluten-Free Pizzas

With wild mushrooms, Italian cheeses and roasted tomatoes

Dark Chocolate Semifreddo

With cashew cream and honey-roasted pistachio croccante

Chef Tina was a delight to have! She was very accommodating to our party’s needs and so much fun to talk to. She has so many inspiring stories to tell it was so fun getting to know her. The food was phenomenal, every single bit!! 100% recommend.

Chef Tina (who is also an ND and PHD!) is an absolute gem. Her energy is warm, bubbly and soothing, making our hands-on cooking class so enjoyable. Tina put thought into the ingredients she selected, being mindful of our dietary needs and considering the produce that is in season. My husband and I learned so much and the food was delicious and abundant. Thank you for such a special evening, Tina! We’d be delighted to work with you again!

If you can't go to the Mediterranean, bring the Mediterranean lifestyle into your own home. The menu is authentic and so delicious. I will make my own Pita chips from now on. Many thanks to this brilliant chef. And, she has a vast understanding of special diets, too.

I learned more from Chef Tina than in five minutes than I have learned in an entire class with other chefs. Bravo! Her Gluten Free pizza is definitely the best out there. And, she shared her recipe with us so we can enjoy pizza, again! If you're new to gluten free living this is a great way to start your journey.

Being a picky eater makes it difficult for me to go to cooking events. I am so glad I listened to my friends and went to Chef Tina's Japanese Experience. Wow! So much fun and a delicious menu.
