The versatility of handmade dough in Italian cuisine takes center table in this culinary exploration.

Learn how far you can stretch your dough in an Italian-themed hands-on cooking class with Chef Nyjal. You'll create a quartet of classic bread-based dishes no one can refuse.

Learn how to supply your own pizzeria with the classics. Learn the secrets of making fresh pizza dough and fresh herb pizza sauce. Construct different pizza styles: thin crust, Brooklyn style, deep dish, and more. Craft Calzones and Stromboli's. Finish off with Garlic knots and herb butter.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Fresh Dough & Sauce

With yeast, flour, basil, oregano and pureed tomatoes

Assorted-Style Pizzas: Brooklyn Thin Crust, Sicilian Pan & Chicago Deep Dish

May include include sausage, assorted vegetables, & chicken with tomato, white and BBQ sauces

Calzones & Strombolis

With mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce & pepperonis

Homemade Garlic Knots

With fresh herbs, garlic and butter

Our experience with Chef Nyjal was terrific. He came prepared with all the necessary ingredients. He was patient and clear in his instructions. Everything we made (from the eclairs to the bananas foster) was delicious. It was an excellent activity for the family to do together. We enjoyed it immensely. I do recommend him to anyone interested.
