Then, prepare an elegant dish of cioppino with local wild seafood and a homemade broth, and make a tangy lemon meringue tartlet in a shortbread crust for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Alex was an incredible! He came with all the tools and experience to make this such a fun time. He is incredibly flexible with menu and you can text him about customization. He took a lot of time to teach lifelong techniques and the meal was wonderful. We absolutely will be booking again!
