If Italian fare is your kind of dish, this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ashley is just what you've ordered! Learn the tried-and-true techniques for creating fresh and flavorful home versions of your favorite recipes.

Your lesson begins with authentic Roman bruschetta topped with savory herb ricotta and cherry tomatoes. Then, prepare pork meatballs from scratch and create handmade fettuccine topped with grilled chicken and roasted cauliflower. For dessert, whip up a fruit crostata that will redefine your notion of what an Italian dessert can be.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
