Chef Landon will guide you through building a rich and flavorful broth for the classic French onion soup, and creating a creamy dauphinoise to accompany the classic steak au poivre. Enhance your dessert skills with an elegant crème brûlée to finish this decadent French menu.

Chef Landon was very friendly and knowledgeable, and educated on the cooking tools he was using and why. His presentation at the end was elegant and beautiful. You could definitely tell he knew what he was doing and enjoyed it.

Everything for my event was perfect! I had a special request for salmon from Alaska and they got exactly what I wanted. Chef Landon knocked this out of the park. Food temperature and spice levels were perfect. Everyone loved the food. Service was great as well. Sébastien and Amaya kept the drinks full and plates flowing. Timing was spot on. Nothing felt rushed and they cleaned up fast. We couldn't tell they were ever there except so many full and happy bellies. I'm so glad I found this place.

We had a wonderful experience with Private Chefs of Atlanta as we recently celebrated my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Chef Landon and Sebastien were amazing. They were timely, warm, and utterly professional. The food and service were both amazing. We were planning to have a different celebration but due to COVID made the decision to make it a more intimate affair. And we can’t imagine having done anything differently. I would highly recommend them and hope to use their services again soon!

With 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Landon has worn many hats in the kitchen, including general manager, private chef and cooking class instructor at a well-known kitchen-ware retail company. Fond of baking, cooking and cookie decorating, his skills cover exquisite cuisines, including French, Italian, soul food and vegan.
