In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mah, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet three-course dinner menu inspired by Mediterranean and Persian flavor profiles using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to mastering during this class include a creamy leek and potato soup with carrots and mushrooms as well as chicken pomodoro topped with capers and cherry tomatoes and served with basmati rice. Lastly, you'll end on a sweet note with homemade crème brûlée for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Originally from Iran, Chef Mah is a renowned pastry chef and culinary instructor bringing more than 9 years of professional culinary experience to the table. After moving to the U.S. with her family, Chef Mah began working as a custom cake baker and decorator. She has since held a handful of pastry chef positions at well-known bakeries and is now a pastry chef and culinary instructor at a trade school in New Jersey.
