Originally from Iran, Chef Mah is a renowned pastry chef and culinary instructor bringing more than 9 years of professional culinary experience to the table. After moving to the U.S. with her family, Chef Mah began working as a custom cake baker and decorator. She has since held a handful of pastry chef positions at well-known bakeries and is now a pastry chef and culinary instructor at a trade school in New Jersey.

Chef Mah is the best chef I’ve ever known. I’ve been a fan of everything she cooks or bakes! But honestly pastries, cakes, and breads that she makes are amazing! She knows what she is doing and what she can do to make them unique. She is not only a good chef , I think she is an artist! She is so passionate about cooking, she puts so much love in to every little things she makes. You can see the happiness in her eyes when she is baking! So glad I found her!

Probably the most delicious and authentic cakes I have ever had. We ordered the chef a cake for a very special occasion, and the cake made our party much more special.Not only it was delicious , it was so pretty and well executed in design. I am so pleased with her work that I don’t think I ever go anywhere else for my baking needs.
