In this hands-on baking class with Chef Mah, you'll use time-honored techniques needed to recreate classic sweets found in most French bakeries.
Chef Mah will first teach you how to make the perfect pastry dough and homemade diplomat cream to re-create a classic cream puff. You'll then whip up a delicious Victoria sandwich cake with cream and fresh berries. You'll also learn proper piping tips to make fresh chocolate eclairs.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
