Cooking Class - Healthy Cooking Made Easy

Learn the skills needed to make healthy cooking easier and more delicious than ever before.

In this hands-on class with Chef Inga, you will learn how to prepare a healthy three-course dinner menu using fresh, everyday ingredients and simple cooking techniques that yield complex flavor profiles.

After beginning the class by learning how to brew a batch of cauliflower and vegetable soup, you will learn the secrets to preparing an almost impossibly juicy, tender, and flavorful oven-baked chicken entrée with warmed spinach, shallots, and cherry tomatoes. For dessert, you will end by building a refreshing and perfectly sweet strawberries romanoff using light sour cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was absolutely the best cooking experience me and my girls have ever had. We took our best friend to this cooking class and it was a great decision. Chef Inga was so down to earth and friendly. We learned so many techniques and the food was absolutely wonderful! Her space is so nice and makes the experience even that more enjoyable! Would definitely recommend.

Chef Inga was extremely welcoming and really makes you realize how easy it can be to make a delicious meal. We left encouraged that we could repeat and incredible meal! Highly recommend for a unique date night!

Inga was awesome! I am completely new to cooking, and she was incredibly patient and kind. By the end of the session, I had learned so much, had the chance to eat the delicious food, and I can't wait to try the recipe when I return home. 10/10!
