Cooking Class - Healthy Cooking Made Easy
In this hands-on class with Chef Inga, you will learn how to prepare a healthy three-course dinner menu using fresh, everyday ingredients and simple cooking techniques that yield complex flavor profiles.
After beginning the class by learning how to brew a batch of cauliflower and vegetable soup, you will learn the secrets to preparing an almost impossibly juicy, tender, and flavorful oven-baked chicken entrée with warmed spinach, shallots, and cherry tomatoes. For dessert, you will end by building a refreshing and perfectly sweet strawberries romanoff using light sour cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
