Begin with a quinoa salad made with spinach, mandarin oranges and herbs and topped with Asian dressing. Then, create goat cheese balls flavored with fig coulis and ginger confit. For your entrée, prepare Korean pork tenderloin served with white or sautéed rice on the side, and as a refreshing take on dessert, whip up a lychee and pineapple flambé.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Chris came to our AirBnB to cook for us for our anniversary. Everything was fantastic. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The kids loved the food too. Would highly recommend.

This experience with Chef Christophe was perfect. First off, he is just a nice guy who is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. Secondly, he made it a team experience and let us be as involved as we wanted to and we sure dug in to help. He taught us cutting techniques and new recipes. Great chef, 5 star experience and will be doing it again!
