For those interested in learning how to cook Filipino food, this hands-on class with Chef Andre is the perfect place to start. You'll learn how to make three traditional recipes using fresh ingredients.
As Chef Andre teaches you about the spices and flavors of Filipino food, you'll simmer sinigang, a sour and savory soup with okra, green beans and bok choy. For the entrée, you'll prepare authentic and flavor-packed chicken adobo served alongside fried rice with pineapple and roasted vegetables. End class with something sweet: Turon, a sweet egg roll filled with plantains or bananas.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
