For those interested in learning how to cook Filipino food, this hands-on class with Chef Andre is the perfect place to start. You'll learn how to make three traditional recipes using fresh ingredients.
As Chef Andre teaches you about the spices and flavors of Filipino food, you'll simmer sinigang, a sour and savory soup with okra, green beans and bok choy. For the entrée, you'll prepare authentic and flavor-packed chicken adobo served alongside fried rice with pineapple and roasted vegetables. End class with something sweet: Turon, a sweet egg roll filled with plantains or bananas.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Andre is fantastic and he definitely knows how to teach a class. He took time to explain all of his choices and why it matters when it comes choosing certain ingredients and techniques over others. He taught me a lot of great methods that I'm definitely going to be incorporating in my cooking and you can definitely tell he has a lot of great experience when it comes to instruction. I would highly recommend Chef Andre for anyone looking to up their game in the kitchen!

This was by far one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. The experience was amazing, Chef Andre really knows his stuff and does a great job explaining how he makes his food taste so delicious. I highly recommend booking him for your next dinner.

Chef Andre is an actor, director, award-winning producer, and experienced chef and mixologist with more than 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. After spending years honing his craft in well-known Las Vegas restaurants, Chef Andre moved to Los Angeles and became a TV cooking show host where he now specializes in teaching modern cuisine as well as mixology classes.
